DESCRIPTION

Yonex ArcSaber 008 (AS008) is the first middle performance badminton racket released by Yonex within the ArcSaber series. The ArcSaber 008 (AS008) badminton racket has similar material as its older high performance ArcSaber rackets with less of the other bell and whistles that made the Arc Z and Arc 10.
Instead of using the Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube, the ArcSaber 008 (AS008) badminton racket uses a more economical NanoAir Spring technology on the frame. By introducing Nanoair Spring into the resin which binds the carbon fibres, nanoscale air bubbles in the material help the racquet to flex and bend as in a spring. The result is a better transfer of energy from string-bed to shuttle for a more powerful shot. As a result, Yonex created an affordable ArcSaber mid-performance rackets with ArcSaber 008 (AS008) to fulfill the $100-$150 price range market

• Isometric : The Isometric Square Head Shape equalizes the length of main and cross strings in the stringbed, enlarging the sweetspot for more consistent accuracy even on off-center hits.
• Built-in T-Joint : Moulded deep into the layers of graphite where the frame connects with the shaft, the YONEX built-in T-Joint creates a durable and high-strength one-piece frame that is torque-free.
• Control Support Cap / C.S. Cap : Control Support Cap provides 88% wider flat surface compared with an ordinary racquet for easy gripping, fast swing-through and the quickest manoeuvrability.
• NanoAir Spring : The NanoAir Spring helps the shaft return from its bent position to its original position fast to increase repulsion and thus create more power.
